Initially a wool classer and qualified builder and then farmer Doug has diversified to become a mainstay of the RSV offering. He is a true multi-tasking expert from fencing, operating agricultural machinery and supervising planting teams. Doug is always ahead of the game and on top of the challenges placed in front of him and those just around the corner.

Stephen Fullalove, Supervisor

Steve is a senior supervisor with RSV. Aside from agricultural skills, he is very competent in the construction area and is a strong team leader. Much of Steve’s recent work has been running teams working on freeway sound wall construction projects at Wallan, Pakenham and the new Peninsula Link. Steve leads from the front and is a hands on supervisor who is always accountable for his actions.

What Our Clients Say

Safety requirements were always taken into consideration, which was particularly important when working in close proximity to the rail network. Work completed was consistently of a high quality; the teams’ knowledge of plant species and understanding of landscaping mixes ensured that all works were carried out according to the specified design. I would not hesitate to use Rural Solutions again on another project.

- Fiona Bowie, John Holland’s Environment Coordinator

RSV has been professional, committed and productive which is why they have been involved and continue to be involved in many of our projects ranging from minor right through to major projects. Excellence in flexibility and the ability to work unsupervised right through to office management.

Keep up the great service.
