Chris Doyle, Managing Director
RSV’s founder and driving force, Chris Doyle holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Commerce degree and has over 30 years of varied and extensive farming and contracting experience in New Zealand, Tasmania and Victoria. Chris has have worked in the dairy, sheep, beef cattle and cropping industries. He has managed properties as well as working with the construction industry and Local Government authorities. Chris brings a true client perspective to contracting- ensuring quality workmanship and on-time job completion, underpinned by a focus on maximization of outcomes for the client.Chris is passionate about making it happen and despite his red hair, remains cool through (almost) any challenge.
Chris Brooking, General Manager
Chris is our office warrior. A man who keeps the eyes dotted and the tees crossed and the administration seamless. Chris began his career in advertising and marketing and has also worked as an independent marketer and as a recruitment consultant. He established and ran his own communications business for over six years and is conscious of the need for excellent customer service and of delivering beyond expectations. Chris will ensure that your contract is delivered on time, on budget and without stress. And he will smile through most of the process!
Doug McLarty, Supervisor
Doug is one of the most experienced agricultural professionals in the state. Initially a wool classer and qualified builder and then farmer Doug has diversified to become a mainstay of the RSV offering. He is a true multi-tasking expert from fencing, operating agricultural machinery and supervising planting teams. Doug is always ahead of the game and on top of the challenges placed in front of him and those just around the corner.
Stephen Fullalove, Supervisor
Steve is a senior supervisor with RSV. Aside from agricultural skills, he is very competent in the construction area and is a strong team leader. Much of Steve’s recent work has been running teams working on freeway sound wall construction projects at Wallan, Pakenham and the new Peninsula Link. Steve leads from the front and is a hands on supervisor who is always accountable for his actions.
